  1. Can I pick up the planner locally? Yes- the planner can be picked up from one of our 3 pick-up locations, an appointment needs to be made before pick up. We do not do walk-ins. 
  2. Do you offer international shipping? Yes- we offer international shipping. However, for any additional customs and duty fees upon arrival, the purchaser is responsible. 
  3. What is your return policy? All purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  4. Which events are included in the planner?

  1. How do I track my budget? 
    1. Each event includes a budget tracker with an extensive list of items typically involved for that event. There are also spots labelled as ‘other’ for items you would like to add-on. 
  2. How do I track my vendors? 
    1. Each event includes a vendor tracker with an extensive list of vendors typically involved for that event. There are also spots labelled as ‘other’ for vendors you would like to add-on.
  3. How do I know what to ask my vendors?
    1. In the ‘Picking Vendors’ section there is an extensive list of questions to ask each vendor depending on their speciality. As the user you are able to compare 3 vendors within that category side-by-side.
